Since 2003 Fantasy Spray Tan has been mobile throughout Wigan, Lancashire and all around the Northwest. Martin, founder of Fantasy Spray Tan, searched high and low for the best tanning products both here and abroad and eventually came across Solglo. Martin, a perfectionist, would never be happy with second best and has been using this product ever since, combined with HVLP (High Volume/Low Pressure) compressors. Martin who had a Beauty & Aromatherapy practice since 1997 once rented part of a local sunbed centre to carry out treatments. He saw many people coming in each day to use the sunbeds, some more than once a day in a desperate attempt to get that perfect tan! Yes he did see people in many shades of red and subtle orange... so too did he see people age very quickly! At the time he didn't mind too much as these people would then come for beauty treatments to get some moisture back into their little leather faces! Spray tanning at this time was very little heard of and very expensive in comparison to what seems a nominal amount for 12 minutes under the grill! He had also noticed, not only how damaging to the skin the sun beds were, he had also seen very dodgy electrical repairs being made to the beds! Sun beds have a circuit for each tube... he has seen 64 tubes wired to one circuit... bypassing the rest! WOW! Who says the electric chair will never come back! He completely disagreed with the way the operation was run and did not want to be associated with it so he left the premises and operated a mobile business with technicians out on the road 7 days a week. When he seriously considered going into the spray tanning field he really wanted to get it right as he had heard of so many bad experiences on his travels! He has heard comments that have made shivers run down his spine, like: "I came out with more stripes than a tiger" "They used something that looked like a pen to do my tan and looked like I had been spirographed" "They used fresh air I'm sure... I had virtually no colour when I came out" "As soon as I
had my tan done, off I went swimming, feeling all confident with my colour...
only to "I have
been put off spray tanning for life"! ... And it is this
